At Care Hub 24/7, we understand that support looks different for every person. Our approach is flexible, participant-led and built around each person’s goals, routine and preferences.
In-home care
Support within the home to help participants feel safe, comfortable and supported in their day-to-day routine.
Personal care
Assistance with personal routines such as showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene and other daily care needs.
Community access
Support to attend appointments, participate in social activities, access the community and stay connected.
Daily living assistance
Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light household duties, routines, skill-building and maintaining independence.
