We provide home and living options all Australia. Our accommodation options are suitable for individuals from all walks of life. Whether you are looking for a home with high level support needs or accommodation for people with psychosocial disabilities. We have the right home for everyone!

Housing Providers FAQ's

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to individuals living with a permanent and significant disability. Helping them to maximise their independence, and achieve their life goals with ease. The NDIS may provide support in various aspect of life such as assistance with daily living, life skills development, or home and living arrangements. The accommodations are NDIS approved with core and capacity building supports to help them live a quality lifestyle.

The funding for NDIS housing is available for individuals with significant disability needs, that may impact their day to day living. You may have to check our guide on NDIS eligibility criteria or speak to a Local Area Coordinator to find out if you or your loved one may qualify for NDIS home and living arrangements.

As a participant, it is advised to complete the Home and Living Request Form providing information to the NDIA. The form requests information about your goals and aspirations. Once you fill the form, the NDIA reviews the provided information in the application. Moreover, the NDIA will use the information to identify funding support options, assisting participants to pursue and achieve their goals.

Yes, we do! At Care Hub, we understand every individual’s needs are unique and specific to their disability. We run a program called PSAP that stands for Psycho Social Accommodation Program. The accommodations are separate for males and females with high behavioural concerns. Moreover, participants are engaged in everyday activities, where they can work on learning a new skill such as coding, dancing or cooking. Additionally, the support team is highly qualified in mental health and crisis intervention to ensure complete safety and wellbeing of the participants.

All our homes are specifically designed for individuals based on their needs. We have SIL and SDA housing available for participants, who wish to live alone or in a shared living arrangement*.

*Please note to apply for Care Hub housing, you must be an eligible NDIS participant.

We cater to all eligible NDIS participants, based on their support ratio including 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3. We understand managing NDIS funds is not that easy to ensure they have continued living arrangements. Hence, Care Hub Assure housing provides different forms of housing services that may be best suitable for the participant.

We understand how important it is for a client with limited functional or cognitive capacity to live in a home, that feels safe and secure. We have a range of accommodation that are suitable for residents with highly behavioral concerns.

Yes, we do provide support plan for every participant of ours. We have a specialized team that does a comprehensive assessment for residents before they move into one of our Care Hub homes.

Yes, our support workers are certified in administering medications. This also includes support with mental health and crisis intervention. We take our compliance requirements very seriously.

Whether you are an art lover or likes to learn technical IT skills, we have experienced volunteers who have NDIS clearance to support our clients with building on new skills. Moreover, we run programs every week to keep our residents engaged in interactive learning and outdoor activities.
