Key Responsibilities
As a Disability Support Worker with Carehub247, your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Providing domestic and personal care
- Assisting with transportation and community access
- Supporting with medication management
- Encouraging community participation and involvement in group activities
- Assisting individuals to build on their strengths and work towards personal goals
- Facilitating group centre-based activities
- Promoting social inclusion and independence
What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring casual support workers who are:
- Available to work a variety of shifts (including evenings and weekends)
- Committed to a person-centred approach

- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Current National Police Check
- Current Driver’s Licence, with a reliable vehicle, registration, and insurance
- First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Infection Control Module
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (VIC) for employment purposes
- A qualification in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support (highly desirable)
- Two professional, industry-related reference checks
