At Care Hub 24/7, we provide participant-led NDIS supports that are built around care, connection and consistency. Our focus is on working alongside participants, families and support networks to deliver flexible services that promote independence, choice and confidence in everyday life.
Whether it is support at home, in the community or within an accommodation setting, we are here to make care feel reliable, respectful and centred around the person.
Care HUB 24/7 opened its doors in Melbourne. Our plan was to build a company that would provide the highest standards of across the community and nursing sectors. We are a services provider under the NDIS Scheme with a head office in the South Eastern suburb of Melbourne (Dandenong). We provide services all around Melbourne extending to other parts of Victoria.

Care Hub 24/7 is managed by our dedicated Managing Director, Haroon Rashid, who ensures that our services are delivered with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Our team of skilled professionals is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we support, and we are committed to ongoing training and development to ensure the best outcomes for our participants.
Our vision is to be a service provider of choice by delivering supports that improve independence, strengthen confidence and ensure the voices of our participants are always heard. We aim to create a service experience where participants feel respected, included and supported to lead their own journey with choice, dignity and control.
